Georgia Employers’ Association provides an abundance of educational and leadership training for the business community across Georgia. An annual offering, the Leadership Series provides practical skills and tools that lead personnel, team leaders, supervisors and future front-runners need to succeed in our ever-evolving business climate. New this year is an additional day-long session that takes a deeper dive into problem solving, decision making and emotional intelligence (EQ). This Leadership Series kicks off on February 20 and has a few slots left. With one full-day training session each month through July, the classes easily fit into an individual’s working schedule and conveniently take place at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, GA. Participants experience a combination of lecture and interactive exercises such as role playing, games assessments and skill checks. The Leadership Series is an excellent opportunity for existing managers to review, renew and reinforce leadership skills.

This Leadership Series is led by business training leader, Keiko Humphries of Humphries Consulting (HCI). As the president of HCI, Keiko Humphries has over 25 years of human resource experience in private industry and consulting environments. Her work in management assessment, development, training, team facilitation and coaching receive outstanding reviews by clients.
