The Bradley Center has completed a $4.46 million interior facility renovation that will further increase the safety and security of the facility while enhancing community access. The renovation was focused on providing a therapeutic patient care environment.  Each of the four units - adult care, pediatric care, geriatric care and indigent care - have been outfitted with industry-leading behavioral health equipment and hardware. In addition to the environmental updates, the renovation also expanded access and enabled full use of the pediatric unit’s 20 beds.

“This is truly an exciting time for The Bradley Center, the community and the entire Chattahoochee Valley we serve. The renovation of our adolescent and adult units demonstrates our commitment to investing in the hospital to enhance services and meet the needs of our growing community for generations to come,” said Melody Trimble, chief executive officer of St. Francis.

“While one in five Americans experiences mental illness at some point over their lifespan, everyone faces challenges that impact their mental health.  We are seeing these challenges in our community now more than ever and are very grateful for the trust that our community has placed in us to provide them with this specialized care.  We are very proud to offer high quality patient care in an environment that incorporates the industry’s best practices and safety products.” says Brittany Luther-Jones, executive director of The Bradley Center.
