The Georgia Chamber continues to take the legislative session beyond the Gold Dome with the launch of its interactive digital voter guide, the Chamber scorecard http://gachamberscore.com/. This user friendly platform offers the business community and Georgia voters the ability to track how legislators vote on important economic issues.

With hundreds of bills debated each legislative session, it can be difficult to understand what happened – and more importantly, how it impacts your business. “It’s important for us to make it easy for the business community to understand how their legislators vote on important issues. For this reason, the Chamber produces a biennial voter guide that provides a concise summary and overview on the status,” said Georgia Chamber President and CEO Chris Clark.

The Chamber Scorecard not only explains the details of each major legislative initiative tracked by the organization, it also highlights elected officials who’ve been the most supportive of the business community via a digital “Chamber Champion” designation. Over the past two years Georgia Chamber members identified 15 bills of priority status that impact economic prosperity and job creation. This year’s guide reflects these priority bills.
