A new guide that lists “The 23 Essential Barbecue dishes in the U.S.” includes dishes at two Georgia restaurants.
The guide was compiled by Eater.com with the assistance of Daniel Vaughn, Texas Monthly's barbecue editor and author of The Prophets of Smoked Meat: A Journey Through Texas Barbecue; food and drink writer Jennifer V. Cole; and Nick Solares, Eater NY's restaurant editor and the host of Eater's The Meat Show.
