Chick-fil-A Inc. is America's No. 1 fast-food restaurant in the United States for customer satisfaction for the second year in a row.
The Atlanta-based chain scored an 87 — up from 86 in 2015 — on the annual American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report.
