National residential mortgage lender PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, announces the expansion of the NeighborhoodEdge program into Georgia. The program helps promote homeownership in low- and moderate- income census tracts and to low-to-moderate income borrowers by offering closing cost assistance.

Through the program, borrowers can qualify for up to $2,000 in closing cost assistance*, depending on their property location.
