St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School Expands Dual Enrollment Program

St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School announces it is partnering with Columbus State University to expand its Move on When Ready dual enrollment program that allows high school students to earn college credits while working on their high school diplomas. St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School will begin offering Social Studies courses with CSU this school year, and hopes to increase offerings in the future. St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School will continue to offer English dual enrollment courses through Georgia Military College, and has added Math dual enrollment courses to its GMC offerings. St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School 11th and 12th graders who apply and meet the requirements for these programs will now be able to combine dual enrollment course offerings, taking Social Studies with CSU and English and/or Math with GMC. Advanced Placement and Pre-AP courses are also available for students to increase their course rigor for college preparation.

Thirteen St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School seniors successfully completed English 101, English 102, Economics 101, Psychology 101, Creative Writing, and US Government in the 2015-2016 school year through St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School’s partnership with GMC. This year, 27 St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School students are participating in dual enrollment. Dual enrollment students have the opportunity to have earned over half of their freshman year college credits before they even arrive at their new college home.
