Pratt & Whitney hosted their 13th annual golf tournament benefiting United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley on Wednesday and Thursday.

The tournament took place at Bull Creek Golf Course and completely sold out of spots. More than 400 golfers traveled from all over the United States to participate in the tournament, making this the largest tournament ever.

The tournament is expected to raise more than $100,000 for United Way’s 2017 campaign, Different Stories 1 Community. The goal for this year’s campaign is $6,900,000, which will be invested in local programs benefiting people in need.

“We are so grateful for not only the support of our wonderful community, but also those who traveled long distances to benefit the local United Way campaign,” said Scott Ferguson, President & CEO of United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley. “The tournament had a terrific turnout, and everyone had a lot of fun.”
