Publix and United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley teamed up on Wednesday at the Bradley Park Publix to donate additional school supplies to kids in need in the community. Publix is a United Way Stuff The Bus sponsor, supporting the effort with their Tools For Schools campaign. “We are proud to partner with Publix again for their Tools For Schools campaign,” said Scott Ferguson, President & CEO of United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley. “Publix stores are a vital asset to our generous community,” he added.

The value of the items totaled more than $45,000. Local Publix stores participated in the campaign, and all school supplies from the stores were distributed to United Way partner agencies with youth programs and surrounding school districts.
