Refresco announces it has acquired Cott's concentrate manufacturing business in Columbus, GA ("Cott Beverages LLC"). The transaction follows Refresco's acquisition of Cott's bottling business in January 2018 and includes the RCI International division, which Refresco has agreed to sell to RC Global Beverages Inc., a Holding Company whose vision is to actively develop branded beverages worldwide. Cott Beverages LLC is a leading developer and manufacturer of soft drink concentrates for bottlers in more than 70 countries.
