In order to fill a historical void in the availability of accurate compensation & benefits information in the state of Georgia for businesses to use, SHRM Georgia is soliciting all SHRM chapters in both Georgia and our bordering states to participate in a comprehensive compensation and benefits survey using a web based tool called “Pinpoint.

SHRM Georgia is also soliciting participation from all business sectors, all Georgia Chambers of Commerce, as well as Chambers of Commerce and companies that border the State of Georgia.

SHRM Georgia is soliciting 100% participation by all companies in all sectors, regardless of size to obtain much needed regional compensation & benefits data that will assist all business sectors throughout the State of Georgia, and the other states that border the State of Georgia.

This information will be invaluable to all businesses in Georgia to run their operations effectively and efficiently. This same data is critical when recruiting companies to come into the State of Georgia and our region.
