Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Monday, July 8th, 2019

A new Website for the Georgia Public Service Commission went live and is expected to improve customer service and provide easier access to calendars, dockets and documents.

The new PSC Website has a different URL than the past site, but the old URL will redirect users to the new site. The new Website can be accessed at https://psc.ga.gov/

Among the new features is a home-page calendar that shows upcoming meetings and hearings. Users can also now create login accounts and subscribe to specific dockets. If anything changes or is added to a docket, users will receive email alerting them to the changes. This is a free service.

The site is now responsive to smartphone and tablet browsers, automatically adjusting to fit the screen. Also, a translation option has been added for users who would like to use the site in other languages.

“The Public Service Commission is constantly striving to make it easier for our customers, our partners and the companies we regulate to access our services,” said Commission Chairman Lauren “Bubba” McDonald. “This new Website is a fine example of that goal.”
