Georgia’s goBeyondProfit alliance will host a CEO-level Expert Forum, “Creating a New Playbook for Leadership Communications” via Zoom at 1 p.m. on July 28, 2020.

The event will cover takeaways from goBeyondProfit’s June research of Georgia’s employed adults which amplified the need for increased communications from the top.  A conversation with seasoned communications practitioners, Alicia Thompson, Vice President Communications at Randstad USA, and Ben Deutsch, Consultant and 25-year Coca-Cola Executive will offer tactical insights and provide business executives access to experts to answer questions specific to their company.

Registration is open for CEOs and senior leaders at https://gobeyondprofit.org/expertforumjuly2020/.

Given the unprecedented challenges on Georgia’s economy, workforce and society since March, there is no single proven leadership playbook.  Attendees will learn how businesses’ pandemic response so far increased their employees’ trust and loyalty, and what employees want in order to be happy and productive at work.

The event will explore how leaders communicate meaningfully with a dispersed and distracted workforce, demonstrate appreciation and greater purpose, and share resonant updates. The conversation will help leaders of businesses of all sizes land on next steps and best practices for their way forward.

Guest experts include senior executives, Alicia Thompson and Ben Deutsch.

Alicia Thompson, APR, Vice President Communications at Randstad USA.  In more than 20 years’ experience in Atlanta, Alicia has driven strategic corporate communications within Fortune 500 environments and represented companies of all sizes as an agency practitioner.
