Celeste currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager for the Southeast States Retail organization, consisting of four states: Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. She is responsible for the customer experience, sales performance, and market share growth for over 2,000 employees, while managing a multi- billion dollar revenue portfolio of AT&T Entertainment and Wireless products that serves millions of customers.

Since joining AT&T in 2000, Celeste has successfully held various roles that have contributed to her business development, ranging from leading domestic and international AT&T Customer Care call centers, regional operations, to training development, and human resources.

In her current role, she oversees multiple departments and retail business affiliates within the Southeast States market. Celeste ensures retail channel operation excellence with customer service and sales through strategic planning, execution, and market implementation.

Spear has a strong commitment to volunteerism. When out of the office, she volunteers at local community food banks and has a teen mentoring circle comprised of female students across four Metro Atlanta high schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Executive Certification in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.

She loves spending time with her family, upholstering furniture, and watching sports. Celeste recently relocated back to Atlanta, GA.
