Uptown Columbus Presents Broadway Holiday

Uptown Columbus is officially ringing in the holiday season, and it all starts this Friday night at 6:30 P.M. right on Broadway.

Attendees can expect to see a small Christmas parade, LIVE holiday music provided by local school bands and choirs, hot cocoa for spectators, American Cancer Society luminaries, the CSU Uptown Tree Trail, the Christmas tree lighting by Mayor Skip Henderson at 7:00 P.M sharp, and of course, Santa Claus!

“On behalf of Uptown Columbus, I wish everyone all of the joys the holiday season can bring,” says Tracey Green, of Uptown Columbus.

For this event to safely take place, the 1000 and 1100 blocks of downtown are closed to traffic. The streets will open back up at 9:00 P.M.
