At this morning’s Columbus Chamber of Commerce board meeting, it was announced that First Credit Services, Inc., a business process outsourcing company, will add 155 new jobs and invest $2 million in Columbus. The new jobs will include positions in customer service and operations.

The Planning Grant was to develop a community-driven Transformation Plan for the Frederick Douglass / Five Points neighborhood — the ‘heart’ of Phenix City.
