Columbus State University Becomes First University in Nation to be RightPath Certified

With the completion of RightPath’s two-day workshop, Columbus State University became the first university in the nation certified to deliver RightPath tools to external businesses. Facilitators at the Leadership Institute at Columbus State University are now able to use RightPath’s comprehensive array of solutions and online assessment tools for both individuals and teams.
These assessments reveal natural, “go-to” behavioral preferences as the starting point for understanding talents, leadership style, emotional intelligence, skills, passions and values.
RightPath Solutions are designed for individual, team and leader development at all levels and stages. Applications include team development, leadership development, leadership coaching, high-potential development, selection, career development, inclusion/diversity, sales and customer service and succession planning.
