Synovus Bank opened a new banking center in Atlanta’s historic Reynoldstown neighborhood. The branch is located in the Station R apartment complex and retail center at 144 Moreland Avenue, across the street from the Edgewood Retail District.

“Synovus is thrilled to be part of the growth and revitalization taking place in the City of Atlanta, and we can’t wait to serve our new neighbors in Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown, Little Five Points, and throughout east Atlanta,” said Rob Garcia, Synovus north Georgia division CEO. “As the bank of here, we couldn’t be more excited to join this historic and dynamic community.”

The Synovus Reynoldstown branch provides a full range of personal and business banking products and an array of home mortgage products, including Synovus’ own Affordable Mortgage Program for first-time homebuyers and other borrowers who may require assistance to purchase a residence. The branch will be open 50 hours each week, including Saturday.

Synovus serves metro Atlanta through 40 Bank of North Georgia branches. Bank of North Georgia will be re-branded as Synovus beginning in February 2018. The bank was established in 1960 and acquired by Synovus in 1998.
