Peachtree Natural Foods Sold to Nutraceutical

Dr. Jan McBarron and her husband, Duke Liberatore, have sold Peachtree Natural Foods to Nutraceutical headquartered in Park City, Utah.
While McBarron would not disclose the price of the sale, she said the deal was "an offer we could not refuse."
She said several companies in the past have tried to purchase the company, which has seven locations.
There are three stores in Columbus, one in Opelika, Ala., one in Phenix City, one in Snellville, Ga., and one in Peachtree City, Ga.
