TSYS has announced the promotion of Dannell Mastrean to Group Executive of Major Accounts.

A 20-year TSYS veteran, Mastrean has held numerous leadership positions and has extensive experience in client relationships and project management. Some of the notable projects that she has been involved with include managing the conversion of TSYS’ first international Commercial Card client and serving as Senior Director over the Relationship and Client Services team to manage the day to day relationship of TSYS’ largest client at the time. As Group Executive of Major Accounts, she will be responsible for the relationship with TSYS’ largest client.

“Dannell’s wealth of experience as a project manager for numerous conversions as well as her daily interaction with some of our largest clients, is a tremendous asset to our team,” said Bill Pruett, president of TSYS’ North America segment. “Her sharp focus on service and relationship development will continue to help her succeed as she takes on the challenge of her new role at TSYS.”

Mastrean is a graduate of Auburn University, with a bachelor’s of science in Finance.
