Cooper Named Columbus Urban League Interim President

The Urban League of Greater Columbus has chosen Susan Cooper, the organization’s board chairwoman, to serve as interim president and CEO for the next six months.
Cooper replaces Brooke Burgess, who resigned suddenly in November after less than a year in the position, according to a news release from the organization. The selection is the latest twist in the saga of a beleaguered organization trying to regain community support.
