Creative South Design Conference Lights Up Columbus

Tuesday, January 27th, 2015

Design conferences are places where creative people can come share and learn together. Creative South provides all the collaboration but on a more personal scale than many conferences. It is a place where designers can build a family of creative people from all across the country.

Started in 2011, Creative South strives to share knowledge and promote growth within the creative community. The conference works to provide each visitor with a full view both the creative and business sides of the design field. This year, the three-day conference will bring sixteen speakers including Will Gay, Creative Director at Disney, and letterers Molly Jacques and Sean McCabe. Two panels will be held to give attendees a chance to talk with top designers. Creative South will have seven workshops covering topics ranging from food typography to mobile and web design. Everyone can find a session to sharpen their skills or perhaps learn something new.

Creative South will be taking place April 9th – 11th in Columbus, Georgia. To learn more about this conference and register visit Creative South’s website.
