Phenix City Residents Happy with State of City

According to Phenix City Mayor Eddie Lowe, the state of Phenix City is good, and residents agree.
"Phenix City has it going on. They got it going on," says Phenix City resident and business owner, Mel Long.
Residents love all the changes, "I like it. We need[ed] to upgrade it. Change is good," says Phenix City resident, James Osbourne. Lowe says more changes are to come.
