St. Francis Hires Atlanta Health Care Executive as Interim CEO

St. Francis Hospital has hired a former Atlanta health care executive as interim president and chief executive officer, the hospital announced in a news release today.
Kirk Wilson, previously the president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Atlanta, takes over St. Francis as it struggles with a financial crisis that was discovered last fall.
Former president and CEO Robert Granger resigned a month ago after leading the hospital for 10 years.
