Synovus Financial Corp. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.4921875 per share on the company’s Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C. The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2015.
