Sanford Bishop Emphasizes Military Spending at Columbus Chamber Meeting

U.S. Rep. Sanford Bishop used his brief remarks at the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce military appreciation breakfast on Thursday morning to reiterate his concerns about deep budget cuts to the U.S. military.
Starting his comments by saying “our freedom is not free,” Bishop was adamant that this is not the time to slash military spending.
