Childcare Network, a leading provider of early care, preschool, and school-aged programs, announced the acquisition of seven child care centers from Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers effective July 10, 2015. The acquired schools are located throughout the Dallas - Fort Worth area.
Pat Brown, the President and CoFounder of Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers stated, “For 20 years, Children’s Lighthouse enjoyed owning and operating centers in the Dallas Fort Worth market. We proudly call DFW home. It is where our Company became a leader in early childhood education. Everyone associated with our organization has enjoyed our time in the DFW communities we’ve served — a close connection that will never be forgotten. We look forward to continuing to grow our Children’s Lighthouse franchise network, with 35 locations open and 25 in development. We are confident that Childcare Network will maintain the high standards that we have set and the centers will not have any interruptions.”
"Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers represented a great opportunity to expand our existing footprint in the DFW Metroplex area. We view DFW and Texas very favorable given its growing economy and attractive demographics. We will continue to seek similar growth opportunities in Texas that meet our defined criteria” stated Bob Moffett, Chief Development Officer for Childcare Network. After a brief transition period, the schools will be rebranded to Childcare Network. In addition, the Company will introduce its proprietary curriculum, High Reach Learning, to further enhance the learning environment.
