During the month of February, Congressman Sanford Bishop and the Black History Month Observance Committee hosted the Annual Black History Month Breakfast. Each year the proceeds from the breakfast are distributed to local entities that provide a vital and integral service to the citizens of Columbus, GA. We are honored to award the following recipients for 2015: the House of Mercy, the Columbus Black History Museum, and the Liberty Theatre.
