Some changes are underway for one of Columbus' top venue spots.

The RiverMill Event Centre is under new ownership, and the property now belongs to the Hospital Authority of Columbus.

But don't expect there to be much of a change. Jamie Keating owns the managing company that leases the property.

He plans to continue doing what he always does.

“We are only as good as the last meal we serve or event we produce so nothing changed. For me it's rock and roll time. I do what I do, be a servant at heart, make everyone happy,” Jamie Keating said who leases properties.

Keating has operated the RiverMill event Centre since 2006. He says business doesn't seem to be affected by the sale.

The Event Centre is currently booking events months in advance.
