Hall Booth Smith Hosts Reception During Columbus Inter-City Leadership Conference

The attorneys of Hall Booth Smith Columbus and Nashville offices hosted a reception at the HBS Nashville office on behalf of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and their participants of the Inter-City Leadership Conference. Among the hosts were attorneys who will soon join the HBS team from Hatcher Stubbs law firm of Columbus, Georgia. HBS Columbus office is planning to expand with the addition of 10 attorneys from Hatcher Stubbs, one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Georgia. This expansion will result in a total of 15 attorneys in the HBS Columbus office and 155 attorneys firmwide in 11 offices throughout the Southeast. The union will be effective on January 1, 2016.
“It was a wonderful experience to be joined by our soon to be team members in our Nashville office and together host Columbus’ business communities top leaders,” said Paul Ivey, managing partner of HBS Columbus office.
Among the guests were the leaders of local companies representing a diverse gamut of industries. Each year the Columbus Chamber offers this conference which gives an opportunity for community and business leaders, elected officials and community activists to visit a comparable city and examine its successes and challenges in hopes of applying its lessons to the Columbus region. Approximately 130 people attended the conference and the reception at HBS.
