Never-lived-in Georgia Mansion Built for $40M on Market for $9.9M

Considered to be one of the 25 largest homes for sale in the country, the never-lived-in Rose Hill Estate in Suwanee that cost $40 million to build is now on the market for just $9.9 million, according to Atlanta Business Chronicle broadcast partner WXIA citing data from Zillow.
Back in January 2015, the 35,100-square-foot mansion was listed at $14 million. A few months later, it dropped to $10.9 million.
