GDOL to Host Recruitment for Borbet Alabama in Columbus

Automotive parts manufacturer Borbet Alabama is recruiting about 30 workers for its plant in Auburn, Ala.
The Georgia Department of Labor will host a recruitment for the company Tuesday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the GDOL’s Columbus Career Center located at 700 Veterans Parkway.
The company, which manufactures aluminum alloy wheels for automobiles, is recruiting industrial engineers, maintenance supervisors and technicians, manufacturing supervisors, mechanical engineers, and shift-production supervisors.
Salaries will depend on the position and educational background and experience of the applicants.
Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or a General Education Diploma is required for all the jobs.
