Synovus Announces Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors of Synovus Financial Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2016, to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2016.
