Polymer Logistics Breaks Ground on New Service Center in Georgia

Polymer Logistics, a leading provider of One-Touch/Retail Ready Packaging solutions to retailers worldwide, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its state-of-the-art 75,000 sq. ft. logistics and distribution center in Laurens County, Georgia today. Located at 101 Best Buy Drive in Dublin, the new facility will create 110 new jobs when open in early 2017.

Georgia is truly business-welcoming state, and we certainly appreciate the many incentives that we have received as a part of this project and are undoubtedly excited about our future here,” said Fred Heptinstall, CEO of Polymer Logistics North America.
Attendees at the grand opening were joined by state, county and local officials, as well as the Chairman of the Dublin-Laurens County Development Authority. Georgia Department of Economic Development Director of Existing Industry and Regional Recruitment Lindsay Martin, Laurens County Commission Chairman Emory Lake and Dublin Mayor Phil Best joined Heptinstall, DLCDA

The new service center, which is being co-developed with Todd Pool and built by Dublin Construction, will use the latest technology for energy conservation, product handling and high-capacity transport container washing. Located near Interstate 16 on a seven-acre lot, the building will have 12 truck doors and parking for 50 cars.
