Strategic HR Partners a Regional Employers Association announced that they are partnering with Chambers of Commerce and three SHRM, Chapters: SHRM Columbus, West Georgia SHRM and East Alabama SHRM to produce the First Annual Regional Compensation & Benefits Survey for the areas where Georgia and Alabama intersect.
A new dynamic web based tool called PINPOINT was created in a collaborative effort between the Strategic HR Partners Sr. Human Resource Executives and PRG’s Actuarial and IT professionals who previously worked for Mercer. The web based technology is both dynamic and user friendly. All segments of industries are welcome to participate. There is a cost to participate that is based on the number of employees each organization.
Charles Little CEO and President of Strategic HR Partners stated “That this regional compensation and benefits data hasn’t been available to companies in our region for years and it was past time for us all to band together to make this data accessible to both our current companies in the region, as well as to be used as a powerful tool to recruit new companies into the region.” The PINPOINT survey tool makes it easy for organizations to participate.
