Carmike Cinemas, Inc., a leading entertainment, digital cinema and 3-D motion picture presenter, announced that it will report its 2016 third quarter financial results following the market close on Monday, November 7, 2016.
In light of the proposed transaction with AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Carmike will not host a conference call or webcast to review its results for the third quarter of 2016.
