GDOL to Host Recruitment for Mando America in Columbus Friday

Automotive supplier Mando America will be recruiting about 30 employees Friday, Oct. 14, to work at its plant in Hogansville. The company manufactures steering, brakes and suspension systems.

The recruitment will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia Department of Labor’s Columbus Career Center located at 700 Veterans Parkway.

The company is recruiting for a variety of positions, including casting and assembly-line production workers, computer numeric control machine operators and other machine operators, along with maintenance technicians.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. While an associate or vocational degree is preferred for the jobs, a high school diploma, or General Education Diploma, is required.

Applicants should bring a copy of their resume, be prepared to complete a company application and dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for employment.
