Connie is a Human Resource Senior Global Compensation and Benefits professional with 25 years of experience in designing total rewards programs for private and public companies. In addition to her domestic experience she has broad international experience across the United Kingdom, Europe, South America, Canada, and Asia Pacific. She began her career as a compensation consultant with Coopers & Lybrand where she advised senior level executives and Board of Directors on numerous executive compensation projects across a broad range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing and technology.
