John Milazzo Joins St. Francis as Chief Financial Officer

St. Francis Hospital announced the appointment of its new Chief Financial Officer, John A. Milazzo III, CPA.  In his role he will be responsible for directing and monitoring all hospital financial activities for the 376-bed hospital, physician practices, and specialty clinics. 

Mr. Milazzo’s career spans over 25 years in progressive healthcare experience, ranging from Public Accounting, Auditing, Home Care, and Acute Care Hospitals.  He has worked as a CFO since 1999, garnering significant healthcare financial experience that he will bring to St. Francis.  Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer for River Regional Health System for 9 years.

John received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Pomona New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a member of the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy, Mississippi Society of CPAs and serves as an Advisory Board Member of Warren Yazoo Mental Health.  progressive healthcare experience, ranging from Public Accounting, Auditing, Home Care, and Acute Care Hospitals.
