Region’s Best Science Fair Projects at CSU for Judging and Display

More than 120 middle and high school students from Columbus and the surrounding area will convene at Columbus State University for the Columbus Regional Science and Engineering Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at the Cunningham Conference Center on CSU’s main campus.

Beginning at 6 p.m., CSU faculty, students and community volunteers will review the results of semester-long student research projects spanning disciplines from biology, chemistry, environmental science and medicine to engineering, mathematics, physics and computer science. The projects will be on display to the public from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Feb. 8.

Winners will go on to compete at the Georgia Science and Engineering Fair March 30-April 1 in Athens, Ga.
