Creative South 2017 Returns for 7th Year to Uptown Columbus

Creative South will present their seventh annual event, hosting over 800 creatives from across the nation and 4+ countries. The four day conference caters to some of the most talented graphic designers, hand letterers, developers, photographers, and digital media artists.
The conference will begin with attendees participating in hands-on workshops at Troy University Riverfront Campus on Thursday, April 6th. Thursday evening brings back the popular Kick-Off Mixer on the Pedestrian Bridge featuring the InkWars competition and a fireworks show. A lineup of speakers will present to the Creative South audience in the Emily Woodruff Hall at the Springer Opera House beginning Friday, April 7th, at 8:30am with a welcome from Columbus Mayor Teresa Tomlinson.
Talks continue throughout the day Friday and Saturday concluding at 8pm Saturday, April 8th. The weekend culminates Sunday, April 9th, at 10am in Emily Woodruff Hall at the Springer - Creative By Design invites the community to join their on-going study of creativity through the eyes of our Creator. This class will inspire you to have no fear in your beliefs, and that God through creativity can change the world.
