Communicorp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aflac Incorporated, announced that the company has once again been awarded certification for its Quality Management System, having met the standard requirements set forth by the International Organization for Standards. ISO is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards. This latest certification means the company has officially transitioned from ISO 9001:2008 to the new version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015.

"We are extremely honored to have met the rigorous standards and the new criteria set forth by ISO this year," said Eric Seldon, president of Communicorp and senior vice president of Business Services for Aflac. "This certification validates the excellence that all of our employees work so hard to maintain each day. It reflects our devotion to providing our customers with best-in-class print solutions, while working to continuously improve our processes."

In March of this year, Steel Related Industries Quality System Registrar, an internationally recognized, accredited registrar, reviewed Communicorp's management system, resource planning initiatives, supplier programs, employee engagement solutions, and product and service delivery initiatives as part of their evaluation.

SRI vetted Communicorp on additional benchmarks like risk management and leadership commitment. After conducting a highly thorough and extensive review, SRI determined that Communicorp successfully met all of the rigorous requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and awarded certification of the Quality Management System.

Communicorp has earned a number of awards throughout the years, including the Premier Print Awards, the most highly coveted and prestigious award in the print industry, the annual Best Workplace in the Americas award and the Best of the Best award.
