Stephen T. Butler assumed leadership as Chair of the St. Francis Hospital Board of Trustees in July as Audrey Hollingsworth was recognized for her past year of service as Chair.

“Audrey has done an outstanding job leading us as Board Chair for the past year during a very transitional time in the life of St. Francis,” said David Koontz, CEO of St. Francis. “Her dedicated service combined with her commitment to this community has had a significant impact on helping us achieve key goals. As we all work together to make our community healthier, it begins with providing the highest quality of care to all we serve.”

The Board of Trustees plays a vital role in moving the organization forward, working with hospital leadership.

They bring valuable new perspectives to us by providing input and leadership on quality, service, strategy, finance and on engaging our employees, physicians and the community,” said Koontz.
