ARKIVE Information Management, a secure information management company announces the acquisition of assets from Livingston Records Management Services in Columbus, Georgia.

Today's acquisition expands ARKIVE's service foot print deeper into the South Georgia markets providing Columbus customers access to expanded secure information services. Now ARKIVE offers area businesses a full suite of information management services including ARKIVE Storage, ARKIVE Destruction, ARKIVE Data Solutions, and ARKIVE Digital solutions.

ARKIVE prides itself on the operational and sales experience its team brings to customers in the US and Canada. In addition, the executive team includes Justin Ririe, CEO with a background which includes 20 years of operational expertise in the industry and as an officer in the US Army. Currently, Ririe serves as a field officer in the Georgia Army National Guard's 48th Infantry Brigade. Ben Nicholson is ARKIVE's CFO and brings 15 years of executive experience, his most recent position managing Recall's North and South American businesses. David Gonce leads sales and marketing as the Vice President of North America, he brings over 25 years of experience at all levels most recently managing Recall's Atlantic Region.
