UGA SBDC Offers a Premier Series to Help Grow Local Businesses in Columbus October 19th

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center in Columbus is accepting applications for their Signature Series, 2018 GrowSMART, a ten module, seven-week course designed for growing businesses in the community. This seven-week course meets on Fridays and begins on October 19, 2018 in Columbus.
In its twelfth year in Columbus, the nationally known business development program focuses on helping business leaders strategically plan for growth in their companies. GrowSMART offers a peer learning environment and provides in-depth information on the strategic planning process, marketing research, financial statement analysis, and building a stronger overall organization.
The University of Georgia SBDC in Columbus believes in the value and importance of a strong and resilient community. One way in which this goal is achieved is by helping to strengthen and prepare the small business community for growth.
This program is designed for leaders of companies with:

At least two years of successful operation

Annual revenues of $300,000 or more

The opportunity and desire to grow
This program is made available to qualified applicants by the generous support and partnership of our Signature Sponsor, Kinetic Credit Union; Statewide Sponsor, Georgia Power; Foundation Partner, Aflac and Associate Partner, AJK, CPA’s. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis, and there will only be one company from each industry accepted in the program. Early Bird pricing is available to qualified applicants who register before the deadline of Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Pre-registration is required.
