Columbus State University invites the community to attend Fort Benning Appreciation Day at CSU’s basketball games on Feb. 16.

The day will feature free admission to the games, military vehicle displays, food trucks, an AT&T calling tent for soldiers, and an AT&T drawing with technology prizes starting at $300 for the public and a cell phone valued at $900 for students. CSU softball and baseball teams will also play during the event.

The women’s basketball game is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 3:30 p.m. Both teams will play Lander University in CSU’s Lumpkin Center. The National Anthem will be performed by the Maneuver Center of Excellence Band prior to the games.
