Dr. Christine Senn, COO of IACT Health, will be part of the cast of Columbus “stars” to participate in the Dancing Stars of Columbus fundraiser on Friday, April 5, 2019 at the Columbus Convention and Trade Center to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.  
 
Like the popular TV show, this event combines Columbus residents with professional dancers to raise money by obtaining votes.  You can vote online for your favorite dancer prior to April 5th, along with making your donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.  This gala event hopes to beat last year’s event that raised $342,000. 
 
When asked about her participation in this event, Dr. Senn said, “I am a research geek and so am absolutely enthralled to participate in an event that improves the lives of current and future patients by supporting clinical trials. Of  the top 10 causes of death in the U.S., Alzheimer’s disease is the only one that has no methods for preventing, curing, or slowing it down. Research is obviously imperative, and I’m excited to play a small part in helping that happen!”
