MuscogeeMoms.com and local parenting magazine, Hoo Knows: Family & Kids of the Chattahoochee Valley are co-hosting a free “summer fun” resource fair for families in the Chattahoochee Valley area.

The 9th Annual Kids Camp & Summer Fun Fair presented by AutoNation Honda Columbus will be held at the National Infantry Museum on Sunday, March 17 from 12 pm - 4 pm The event is free.

Over 50 camp directors and business owners from across the Chattahoochee Valley will be on site to answer questions and information about their kid-friendly programs. Parents are invited to come shop for options to keep their children enriched and entertained during this summer and into fall. Vendors will be representing a mix of day camps, overnight camps, sports camps, drama camps, clubs, attractions, cultural activities and more. Most of our vendors will be providing free activities, games, crafts, giveaways or special guests.

Special guest The Flash™ will join Black Panther™ and Wild Thing™ in greeting event attendees. Plus event goers can play “Passport to Summer Fun,” where they can compete to win multiple grand prizes.

The National Infantry Museum opens at 11am so expo guests can begin to explore the museum and its attractions before the fair begins at noon. The Museum's galleries and two battle simulators will be open and concessions will be available for purchase in the lobby.

Attendees should be aware that bags or parcels larger than 11” x 15” x 6” will not be allowed on the museum campus. Clear gallon-sized resealable bags and lockers will be available at no charge. For more information about the Museum’s bag policy, call their security office at 706-658-5817.
