Columbus residents will show off their best dance moves to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association, Georgia Chapter. Dancing Stars of Columbus will take place this Friday, April 5, 2019 at the Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Cast includes include Mary Bailey Bryan, Dr. Rajeev Chauhan, Dr. Nick Smith, Erin Scott Stillwell, Margie Norman, STAR couple, Dr. Chasity Reese and Husband Teddy Reese, Jason Pease, Jeff Pitts, Laura Frances Smith, Corrin Riley, Dr. Casey Geringer, Flournoy Henry, Joel Stenslie, Brett Maddocks, Dr. Christine Senn and Chris Kendrick.

Mirroring the popular TV show, this sold out event pairs local Columbus residents with professional dancers to raise money by gaining votes in a one-night dance competition. Fans can vote online for just $1 prior to the event, with proceeds benefiting the Georgia Chapter of Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association is the world's leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's research, care and support. Its mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

The event will be hosted by Amy Adams, Beatycounter Director and community volunteer and Dr. Jonathan Liss, Board Certified Neurologist and Founder of Columbus Memory Center.
