District Adds Two Locations for Alternate Meal Service Plan

The District alternate meal service plan has added two locations for bus delivery. Jordan High and Midland Academy will receive meals through bus delivery at their sites effective Thursday, March 19, 2020. Services at all locations will continue each day, Monday-Friday, now through March 27, 2020. Meals will be available, through a grab-and-go service, to all children, ages 0-18 and 18-21, if in an educational setting. Students must be present to receive a meal.
Student meals will be provided each day, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the following school sites:
Baker Middle School
Carver High School
J.D. Davis Elementary School
Dawson Elementary School
Double Churches Middle School
Fox Elementary School
Key Elementary School
Spencer High School
Buses will also deliver meals to the following sites, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.:
Elizabeth Canty Apartments
Chase Homes
Eagle Trace Apartments
Jordan High School
Kendrick High School (front of school area)
Midland Academy
Warren Williams Apartments
Whisperwood Apartments
Wilson Apartments
During this difficult time, the District’s utmost priority remains the safety and well-being of its students and employees. We ask that all individuals maintain a social distance while waiting in line for their meals. Meals will not be consumed on site.
